The Johns Hopkins Listening Center is among the largest cochlear implant programs in the United States. Our multispecialty team offers a complete spectrum of services tailored for each patient-infants to elderly adults-for optimal communication and language outcomes. Our close collaboration with regional schools for early childhood education and institutes such as Kennedy Krieger allow us to prepare children for success in the hearing world. We are also a major research and training center for medical and educational professionals working with individuals with hearing loss. Cochlear Implant services are available for all ages at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore and Adult services are now also available at the Suburban Hospital Outpatient Center in Bethesda Maryland.
