ACI Alliance submitted comments to CMS on the need for appropriate coverage of cochlear implants in state benchmark plans. Our letter identified two states in which we found inappropriate coverage of the CI benefit and urged for a change to ensure access to care. Additionally, our GA State Champion organized comment letters from clinicians in her state to address best practice coverage for children in the Georgia EHB.
