Calling all Audiologists! Have you ever wondered how you can grow professionally? Is it difficult to find a mentor at your current place of employment? Do you want to connect with experts in the field and learn more about the “climb to success”? If so, this special CI2020 session is exactly what you need!

Audiologists often have limited mentorship throughout their career which can make the process of navigating the professional climb seem daunting and impossible. This session will address the need for mentorship in audiology and will outline potential challenges for achieving academic success. A panel of CI audiology experts will tell their stories of professional development and will answer questions from the audience. This is a unique opportunity for audiologists to learn from one another and develop potential mentor / mentee relationships.
