Poster Exhibit Session Details:
Poster Exhibitors are to provide a printed poster for the Poster Exhibit Session of the CI2024 Vancouver program. The Poster Exhibit Session has typically been held on Thursday afternoon of the meeting in the Exhibit Hall in advance of the Welcome Reception. The Scientific Posters Exhibit Session will take place at the Vancouver Convention Centre. We encourage presenters to set up their poster as early as possible so it may be viewed by attendees throughout the day. Authors are required to be present at their poster during the Poster Exhibit Session. Attendees look forward to speaking with you regarding your research, as well as enjoying refreshments during the poster exhibit session.

Poster Format Requirements:

  • Posters must be no larger than 44" tall by 30" wide. *Note the vertical format*
  • A copy of the abstract must be incorporated into the poster or may be attached to the upper left-hand corner of the panel.
  • A section at the top of the poster must contain the Title, Authors, and Affiliations.
  • Please plan to provide a PDF file of your poster as well

The program schedule will be finalized by late-March, and we will communicate Poster Exhibit Session dates, times, and details at that time.
