Reservation Deadline The cut-off date to receive the special group rate is Friday, June 14, 2024. Reservations made after this date, or after the room block fills, will be based on space and rate availability. Cancellation: Reservation cancellations must be received by the hotel at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax. Early Departure Fee: Checking-out prior to the scheduled checkout date (after checking in) will incur an early departure fee equal to one night’s room and tax. To avoid this fee, please advise the hotel at or prior to check-in of any changes to your departure plans. ** Please note that a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. Getting There & Parking Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is located roughly 9 miles from the Vancouver Convention Center and all four hotel properties. Shuttle service is not offered from the airport to the hotels/convention center, however both Taxi and Ride share are available for $35-$45 CAD. Airfare ACI Alliance has arranged special meeting discounts on both Delta Airlines and United Airlines for CI2024 Vancouver. Vancouver Convention Center The VCC offers secure parking through independent operators within both buildings (ACIA CI2024 will be held in the East Building). The garages operate 24 hours per day, 7 days a week and availability is based on a first come, first served basis. Childcare Neither the Vancouver Convention Center nor supporting hotels have an onsite childcare program, however the concierge at the hotel you’re staying at can assist with providing in-room babysitting services or recommended local daycares.
Accessibility The conference is accessible to people with hearing loss. All sessions on Wednesday-Saturday morning will have real-time captioning in English. The Vancouver Convention Center is fully accessible to people with physical disabilities. Additionally, there are guest rooms at all four properties that are accessible for people with disabilities.
