Hotel check-in is at 4:00pm local time, and check-out is at 11:00am local time. Every effort will be made to accommodate both early check-in and late check-out for guests; however, it cannot be guaranteed and is based on availability of the hotel.

Reservation Deadline:
The cut-off date to receive the special group rate is Monday, April 7, 2025. Reservations made after this date, or after the room block fills, will be based on space and rate availability.

Cancellation:
Reservation cancellations must be received by the hotel at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax.

Early Departure Fee:
Checking-out prior to the scheduled checkout date (after checking in) will incur an early departure fee equal to one night’s room and tax. To avoid this fee, please advise the hotel at or prior to check-in of any changes to your departure plans.

** Please note that a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. Credit card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no show.

Transportation

The Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport is less than three miles from Logan International Airport (BOS). A taxi from the airport to the hotel costs about $15, and rideshare is about $25 with each terminal having its own rideshare pickup location. The Silver Line shuttle bus is complimentary from Logan Airport, and stops at the Seaport/World Trade Center Stop just across the street from the Omni Boston at the Seaport. The Silver Line bus stops at every terminal at Logan Airport.
