Hotel check-in is at 3:00pm local time, and check-out is at 12:00pm local time. Every effort will be made to accommodate both early check-in and late check-out for guests; however, it cannot be guaranteed and is based on the availability of the hotel.

Cancellation:
Reservation cancellations must be received by the hotel at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax.

Early Departure Fee:
Checking-out prior to the scheduled checkout date (after checking in) will incur an early departure fee equal to one night’s room and tax. To avoid this fee, please advise the hotel at or prior to checking in of any changes to your departure plans.

Travel Information

Location:
The Hyatt Regency Chicago Hotel is 17 miles from O’Hare International Airport (ORD) and 13 miles from Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW). The Hyatt Regency Chicago Hotel does not offer a shuttle from O’Hare International Airport or Chicago Midway International Airport. However, the CTA Blue Line train runs between Chicago’s downtown and O’Hare Airport, and the CTA Orange Line train runs between Chicago’s downtown and Midway Airport.

CTA Buses with Michigan & East Wacker bus stops provide access to the hotel. The CTA also offers riders access to Navy Pier, North Avenue Beach, Lincoln Park Zoo, Blue Island, United Center, and the city’s Museum Campus.

Chicago Water Taxi
Located across the Chicago River from Hyatt Regency Chicago, Chicago Water Taxi offers riders access to Ogilvie Transportation Center, Union Station, Willis Tower, Chicago Riverwalk, Chinatown and more via the city’s waterways.
