Helping Your Patients Who May Benefit from a Cochlear Implant:

A Virtual Workshop for Hearing Aid Specialists

A Virtual Workshop and Exhibit Area for those seeking to learn more about cochlear implants and when to refer patients for an evaluation. The workshop is offered by American Cochlear Implant Alliance, a unique national organization devoted to cochlear implant access and awareness, in collaboration with the International Hearing Society.

This course has been approved for 2 CE credits from IHS.

Date: Saturday, May 1, 2021 1:00-4:00 pm ET (Exhibits open at 1:00/Session begins at 1:30)

Cost: Free to those registered for CI2021 Virtual / $15 for those who wish to take workshop as a stand-alone event

This 2-hour virtual workshop includes access to the CI2021 Virtual exhibit area and is designed for hearing aid specialists. It will feature four segments by internationally recognized cochlear implant clinicians, an adult consumer, and a hearing aid specialist who regularly works with a CI practice in his community. We will share and engage on up-to-date clinical practice that attendees may immediately apply to improve services provided to patients. Attendees will be able to pose questions via text messaging on the conference platform.
