CI2020 has been CANCELLEDTo continue the energy and share the timely clinical research that our international cochlear implant community had planned to share in Orlando at CI2020 International, we are organizing an entirely online conference for viewing in late April (with CEUs available). ACI Alliance is thrilled to be partnering with AudiologyOnline and SpeechPathology.com to provide this important learning opportunity. https://www.acialliance.org/page/CI2020internationalonline CI2020 Cancellation Update As earlier noted, we will return all conference registration payments in full. Please give us time to do this. We estimated earlier 30 days and believe we will be able to meet that timeframe. Our meeting planning team is working from home (like the rest of the country) and it will take a bit longer to issue those refunds than if they were in their offices. Payment will be in the same form that the registration was made originally; credit card payments will show up as a credit and those who paid by check will receive a check. Checks will likely take a bit longer but everyone—regardless of how you paid—you will get a refund.

Climbing the Ladder to Success: Audiology Professional Development Friday, March 20, 2020 /5:15pm-6pm Calling all Audiologists! Have you ever wondered how you can grow professionally? Is it difficult to find a mentor at your current place of employment? Do you want to connect with experts in the field and learn more about the “climb to success”? If so, this special CI2020 session is exactly what you need! Audiologists often have limited mentorship throughout their career which can make the process of navigating the professional climb seem daunting and impossible. This session will address the need for mentorship in audiology and will outline potential challenges for achieving academic success. A panel of CI audiology experts will tell their stories of professional development and will answer questions from the audience. This is a unique opportunity for audiologists to learn from one another and develop potential mentor / mentee relationships.
